Originally from the coast of South Carolina, I have a deep appreciation for coastal living.
Having relocated to South Florida 7 years ago, I strive to assist my clients in finding a
home and community that fits their Florida coastal living dreams. Having a strong
foundation in real estate records management, title research, right-of-way acquisition,
and real estate database management, I strive to give my clients a detailed
understanding of current market sales data as well as providing them with purchasing
power negotiation tools so that they can make informed real estate decisions. I am
committed to providing clients with professional service, clear communication, and
careful attention to detail throughout the buying or selling process. With a focus on
accuracy, integrity, and client support, I strive to make every transaction as smooth and
informed as possible. I enjoy our beautiful beaches, pool time with my family, crafting
and watching beautiful sunsets. Let’s make South Florida Living your Reality!
